Project Services Terms & Conditions

All figures are exclusive of GST or any relevant local taxes;

1. All figures are quoted in AUD;

2. Payment is due within 30 days following receipt of invoice;

3. All amounts not paid when due will accrue interest (without the requirement of a notice) at the lower of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate permissible by law until the unpaid amounts are paid in full;

4. When ordering directly from DeployPartners, Customer will promptly reimburse DeployPartners for all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by DeployPartners in connection with collecting any overdue amounts;

5. This price estimate is subject to the completion of a Statement Of Work;

6. Errors and Omissions - DeployPartners reserves the right to change the products and/or prices quoted due to any errors or any omissions;

7. Where payment is made from overseas the monies received by DeployPartners must be net of any bank fees from both the overseas bank and our local bank and must equal or exceed the amount payable on this quotation;

8. Project Delivery Services will be invoiced in advance.
